"Feels safe from what I remember"
I used eharmony for a few months, and looking back, the thing that stood out most was how easy the privacy settings were to find. I remember being able to choose what showed up on my profile without feeling like my personal info was just out there for everyone. The verification steps and login alerts also gave me a bit more peace of mind. Overall, from my experience, it felt safe enough and I’ve been happy with it so far.

I’m really glad these filters are there because they make searching so much easier. I can narrow down matches quickly without wasting a bunch of time, which I definitely appreciate

I’m glad I bought it. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but after using it for a bit, it feels like it was worth the money. That one part could be a little better, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Surprisingly Good Matches"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the match quality really surprised me. The people I ended up talking to actually seemed to want the same kind of thing I did, instead of just wasting time with random chats. It did take a little patience, but I appreciated that it felt more genuine and respectful than a lot of other experiences. In the end, it felt worth it.

"Honestly felt accurate"
I wasn't expecting much, but the personality test was actually kinda spot on for me. Some of the questions felt a little extra lol, but the results really did sound like me. It makes the matches feel way less random than other dating apps I've tried.

"Billing issue still not sorted"
I ran into a billing problem and reached out to support, but they kept sending me the same copied response, like they weren’t really reading what I wrote. It took days just to get replies, and the issue still isn’t fixed. Frustrating, honestly.

"Hard to Tell Who Was Actually Active"
I was in a hopeful mood when I first started using it and did end up meeting a few matches, which was nice. But after a while, I noticed a lot of profiles seemed either old or not really genuine. Some of the photos looked almost too polished, so it made me second-guess who was actually active or real. It was a bit hard to trust the experience overall.

"Canceling was actually simple"
I used eharmony for a few months with a paid subscription, and it was a decent experience. The site was easy enough to figure out, and I ended up chatting with a few nice people. I’ve had issues in the past with other services making cancellation way more complicated than it needed to be, so I was kind of expecting that here too. But when I decided to cancel, I found the option in my account without much trouble and got the confirmation email quickly. So far, no surprise charges or anything weird. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Better activity than I expected"
I went into eharmony not really knowing what to expect, but the activity from other members was actually solid. A lot of the people I matched with had real profiles with actual details filled in, which made it easier to get a sense of who they were, and I was surprised that replies came in without me feeling like I was just sitting around waiting forever.
It definitely wasn’t nonstop every single day, there were quieter stretches here and there, but overall it felt like most people were genuinely looking for something and not just scrolling out of boredom. Compared to some other dating sites I’ve tried, this one felt a bit more real, if that makes sense.

"Wish I’d looked closer before signing up"
The site itself works fine, but I kind of regret paying for it. Most of the profiles I was shown were either much older than me or lived far away, so it didn’t feel like the dating pool I expected. For the price, I thought there would be more matches closer to my age and location.

I’ve been getting new matches most days, which is nice. Not like a flood where you open the app and immediately feel behind, more like a steady little trickle. I’ll check it when I have a minute, answer a couple, forget for a bit, then come back and there’s usually something new. It feels easy to keep up with.

The setup asked way too many questions before I could even get started. I usually trust my instinct with apps quickly, and this one lost me before I even got to match with anyone.

"Solid matches without the location headache"
One thing I actually appreciated about eHarmony was that it didn’t act like my dating life ends at the edge of my town. I live a little outside the main city, and some apps make that so annoying, like if you’re not downtown you suddenly only get three people and a tumbleweed.
With this, I was still seeing matches from nearby towns without constantly fiddling with my settings, which was a relief. It just made the whole thing feel less boxed-in and way less frustrating. At least around me, the coverage seemed solid.

I’ll admit, the quiz felt long, and I was kind of wondering why they needed that much info from me. But it ended up matching me with people who felt way more like my type, so I guess they knew what they were doing after all...

I’ve been using it for a bit and it works fine overall, but there just aren’t that many people in my area. After a while, you start seeing the same profiles over and over, which gets a little frustrating. It’s not a bad app, just kind of limited depending on where you live

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The app is nice and simple, not one of those things where you’re tapping around forever trying to figure it out. I like that the website feels pretty much the same too, so going from my phone to my laptop isn’t a whole thing. Pages load fine, the layout makes sense enough, and it’s just been smooth for me so far. No real complaints.
